  1. Awesome…. The Dr is one person who literally changed my life. Sounds too similar to what you said, but its true. Couldn’t put it better-“Champions of Exercise”. I just wish I were 21 when I heard all this. Wouldn’t have taken this long to actualize my goals. Thanks for the efforts to bring in speakers of such knowledge and caliber.

  2. Doug McGuff’s Big 5 Protocol, along with Mark Sisson’s Primal blueprint diet= loss of over 12 lbs of pure fat, and I went from 20.15% bodyfat to 11.50% bodyfat. Now, it took me about 9 months, but results take time, patience, and the key ingredient that both of these men provide: Truth.

If you want to have the healthiest body, lose fat, and gain muscle simultaneously, then there is no better option than to buy both of the books from Doug McGuff and Mark Sisson.

But, you must remember that it will take dedication and time, and if you follow their advice and apply it to your choices in diet and exercise, I promise that you will see results.

before you begin: get a bodyfat % measurement and weight, and measure your limbs and torso, and you will get results.

Listen to everything these men have to say, cause it will save your life, literally, and make you as physically attractive as possible.

  3. Anthony, I’ve criticized you in the past for speaking about things that you weren’t qualified to IMO and for telling people to listen to ‘experts’ whom I know to be fakes.

But I want to congratulate and thank your for bringing the paleo / primal way to a wider audience.

Everyone should know the real way to get and stay healthy.

Good luck with your conventions this year.

  4. Sheer genius, wow that was an awesome speech. It was so informative and interesting all at once. Doug really knows things on a deep level and I love how he is able to convey even the most technical biological processes with such clarity.

  5. Its so funny, I hear guys all the time telling me, you have to work out 3 times a week or theres no point, and then when they have taken a week off from working out they get back to me and say “Hahaha, isnt it funny how you take a week off from working out and you come back stronger.” And then they go back to working out 3 times a week.

They cannot link the two togehter, its ridiculous, but then again I used to be like that.
