Mark Sisson is the author of a #1 bestselling health book on Amazon.com, The Primal Blueprint, as well as The Primal Blueprint Cookbook (link) and the top-rated health and fitness blog Mark’s Daily Apple.

He is also the founder of Primal Nutrition, Inc., a company devoted to health education and designing state-of-the-art supplements that address the challenges of living in the modern world.

Read on for more about Mark’s background from Mark himself.

I am the oldest of four children, born and raised in Maine. I was always interested in human health and athletic performance, probably because my father had been a top track and field athlete and inspired me to test myself at an early age (I even broke my leg at age two jumping off a rock for distance). By age 12, I was holding one-boy track meets in my backyard, running laps around the block and pole-vaulting with a bamboo pole into a dirt pit. My mother was always interested in achieving good health through nutrition, so I also began devouring books on health and nutrition.

I excelled at cross-country and distance track events in high school and at Williams College, where I was a pre-med candidate and received my degree in Biology.

In fact, the running was going so well after college that I decided to forgo medical school for a few years (it’s at 31 years now) and concentrate on a running career. I trained seriously as a marathoner for another five years, racking up well over 100 miles each week in training. The effort culminated in a top 5 finish in the 1980 US National Marathon Championships and a qualifying spot for the 1980 US Olympic Trials. Unfortunately, by then the inhuman amount of training and weekly racing was taking its toll and I found myself constantly sick or injured. (Note to self: too much exercise is not a good thing). In fact, in my last year of competition, as a world class, extremely “fit” athlete, I experienced eight upper respiratory infections! Clearly I was ruining my immune system and my joints doing too much exercise. That’s when I started exploring nutrition and supplementation as a way to enhance my performance and to support my damaged body and bolster my immune system.

The running injuries – osteoarthritis and tendonitis – precluded ever racing at a high level again, but that was just about the time that the new sport of Triathlon was starting to emerge, and I was immediately hooked. While I couldn’t run much anymore, I could certainly cycle and swim to my heart’s content…and I did. I spent a few more years racing triathlons, including finishing 4th place at the Hawaii Ironman, the biggest in the world at the time.

I finally retired from competition in 1988 and decided I would do whatever I could to help others avoid making the kinds of health mistakes that I had made. I figured I could use my pre-medical background, my degree in biology and an intense desire to unlock the health secrets that I knew were out there – answers to questions about health, wellness, anti-aging, safe weight-loss, nutrition and supplementation – to find the natural ways of achieving good health.

I wrote several books, including Maximum Results, The Fat Control System, The Anti-aging Report and The Lean Lifestyle Program (over 400,000 copies distributed). I edited the Optimum Health national health newsletter (circ. 90,000) from 1994 through 1996.

But most importantly, I saw the need for specific natural supplements to address the concerns of aging baby-boomers who needed nutritional “tools” to help them achieve better health. I was appalled at the amount of medications people were taking and the speed with which people were having surgery to address lifestyle problems. So I drew on my extensive research and science background to design natural state-of-the-art health-enhancing nutritional supplements and educational diet and exercise systems.

During this time, I also served for 15 years as the volunteer elected anti-doping and drug-testing chairman of the International Triathlon Union and as its liaison to the International Olympic Committee.

At the end of 2006, I decided to jump into the blogosphere to help foster compelling, critical and enjoyable health discussions. Founding MarksDailyApple.com is one of the best things I’ve ever done and has been incredibly rewarding.

Out of the blog came The Primal Blueprint (2009), The Primal Blueprint Cookbook (2010) and the inaugural PrimalCon (2010), a 3-day retreat bringing together members of the Primal community for a weekend of amazing food, great company, educational breakout sessions, and a little play, rest and relaxation.

My life has been one built around health and fitness and I don’t plan for that to ever end. I’ve made it my personal goal to help 10 million people achieve their ultimate genetic potential. To this end my team and I have many exciting new ventures planned for 2010 and beyond. I hope you’ll check back often to learn how my story, the story of The Primal Blueprint, and, most importantly, the stories of all the Primal Blueprinters out there, unfold.

Much time has passed since the twin 2010 live events, and for a majority of that time, I have remained silent on this site. There has been a lot of activity of course – the changes of this website are evidence of such activity – yet, no continuous updates as in years gone by.

Just, silence, on my part.

On your guys part?

Anything but! I have received a ton of questions about 2010 footage. And I know for every person that asks, there are another dozen behind him thinking the same thing – where is it!!?!!?!?!?!?

Well, at this point, I’ve seen it, and I’m pumped to release it to the world. The twin 2010 events in tandem produced nearly as much content as we have on the site right now – which includes three live events and a six episode documentary series – which to me, represents a giant leap over the tipping point for The 21 Convention.

The tipping point where things begin to snowball exponentially.

The breaking point where some people don’t care for the direction I take the convention, and others are ecstatic about it.

The point where this convention finds it’s deeply rooted polarity, attracts the type of people it was meant to, and repels those it wasn’t.

The point where The 21 Convention not only becomes a vehicle for truth, but the vehicle for a tomorrow that doesn’t suck.

A vehicle for young men with the right head screwed on their shoulders, yet unjustly starved by the politically correct masses for resources brimming with inspiration and truth.

For those of us born just before the dawn of the 21st century — and now going through the most pivotal years of our lives in the very beginning of that century, destined never to see the beginning of the next — general consensus tells us to be ashamed first and proud second, to shun heroic effort, to never stand out, to celebrate mediocrity, to be men of moderate integrity, and to do as we’re told – that is, to be obedient, accept arbitrary authority, and never ask questions required to think critically, and for ourselves.

I ask: why not flip all of this on it’s head with The 21 Convention as an intellectual battering ram, and throw what garbage is left out the f*cking window?

…

If it’s not apparent by now, I have used these past few months of visible silence to isolate myself and think hard about where I want this convention to go, what I want it to do (to achieve), and what I want it to stand for and against.

This has been difficult because as many of you well know, this convention started out, mostly, as a “dating conference” for men under the age of 21 in 2007.

And as Adam Lyons recently commented in Austin Texas while I was visiting – it is the best dating conference in the world.

Or at least, it served that purpose at one point.

But what now?

Well, there in lies my silence while I make what may be the most important decisions of my life – including how to spearhead The 21 Convention to the next level while remaining true to my own core principles – that is, without betraying my self in the process of being a leader for something with limitless potential.

Now, I’m sure some of you are wondering, WTF does any of this have to do with the 2010 footage?

Well, it has everything to do with a “Plan for the Footage” as far as I am concerned, for a plan without a purpose is no more than an intellectual house of cards – which is no plan at all.

A State of Affairs for The 21 Convention

I had the opportunity a few weeks ago to take the convention footage, finish editing what was left of it, and release it to the world.

And I didn’t take it.

Why?

Because I don’t own it yet, and I would sooner put a gun to my head and pull the trigger than take that which is not mine by force or fraud. I find that idea morally repulsive and obscene to the highest of degrees.

Why don’t I own it?

Because I have not completed payment for it. I have racked my brain for months in an attempt to find extra capital to pour into the convention to compensate for financial mistakes of the past, and the results have been slow in coming.

I could push tickets harder for 2011 of course, but I cringe at yelling at people to buy way in advance, and paying half or even less than half of the full price ticket. That is financial suicide as I see it, since you guys actually listen to me now – unlike in years gone by where this convention was unproven, and 80% of attendees waited till the last few weeks.

The inverse happened this past year when ~80% of people bought way in advance – much to my surprise – and I was left doing a big fat FACEPALM during the final few weeks when I realized this.

Does this mean I want people to pay more for the convention than it’s worth? No, I do not desire to take that which I have not earned. But I do want people to pay an accurate price for the value received in return, which necessitates only the people who genuinely can’t afford the full price to grab the discounts – and anyone else deserving of recognition for being a long time supporter (and contributing value in other ways during that time).

Basically, I learned I have to stop shooting myself in the foot as a business owner, and let people who want to wait to the last minute, wait to the last minute, and pay a price accurate to the value received from attending.

In any case, that leaves me with the careful balance of searching for extra capital while continuing to “run the show”, and plan ahead for it’s future, while simultaneously clarifying the vision I have for T21C, and leading by example in my own personal life.

As far as extra capital goes, I am fresh out. I sold everything of significant value I own – including two cars – and poured every ounce of capital I had (and a bunch I didn’t have) into this convention.

Yet, I carry no regrets, because put quite simply, very little matters to me in this world right now than the ultimate and lasting success of this convention. Organizing The 21 Convention I feel, is my true purpose, currently expressed in the most potent and clear way possible.

While “sacrificing” all of my stuff (and credit) may seem self-destructive, I find it anything but. To me, it has been self-investment in the purest and most fulfilling of ways – a way that has made a huge difference in my own life, and subsequently, the lives of thousands around the world.

It has been a win/win in the most absolute and deeply rooted sense – one I plan to continue for a very long time.

It doesn’t appear that way at first glance of course – and as a result, the criticism on the business side from those with near-sightedness has been heavy – but external first glance is not something I think about, nor have ever thought about.

People who move the world don’t do it by subjecting themselves to the whims of others – they do it on their own honest judgment, every step of the way.

MOVING ON

This convention needs some financial input to correct for errors of the past — English translation: I f*cked up — there is no simpler way to put it.

Sponsors are good option (especially considering our web traffic), but are slim this time of year. And, as Bijal said in slightly different terms, this convention is extremely hard to classify to the lay person expecting to see the next snap, crackle, pop product/service/event.

Advertising in the videos may prove fruitful in the long haul, but in the short term, the revenue is hardly relevant.

Outside investors are an option, but, there are less than a handful of individuals I would even consider trusting ownership of this company with. (This is an option I would like to avoid at all costs).

Health/fitness training on my blog is a good option, but not scalable to the necessary degree, without bashing my head into a wall by working with people I have no desire to work with.

Which basically left me to combine two remaining options: more capital from me personally, and monetizing the footage. The capital is going to come from further obliterating my personal credit, and a 50-60 hour a week job that I am highly qualified to do and have plenty of experience in. It’s not the most effective thing to be doing with my time, but it’s not something I hate, and will gladly do over the short term for the extra funds I can throw at the convention.

As for the footage, it’s extremely valuable, insanely popular, and oozing with quality. You guys know this from years gone by, along with a zillion other people.

But, as I’ve mentioned, footage is and always will be 100% free so long as I am in charge.

Which probably leaves you to wonder: how on earth would it then be monetized (advertising aside)?

My solution is this: footage comes out on DVD first, and online free to stream second.

TRAITOR!!!

Ha! Actually, the real betrayal would be for this convention to never turn a significant profit, and run itself into the ground – ending with a whisper, not a bang.

I’ll take a pass on that one. Care to join me?

Now, the question some may have is: why buy footage on DVD when it can just be streamed for free?

And, won’t people just torrent it anyway?

The answer to the first question is actually quite simple: there is a very real difference between something sitting digitally on a server in some far off land, and something you can hold in your hands and play any number of years from now on a DVD player.

You can choose to own something rather than just viewing it publicly – which entails a lot of variables behind that seemingly simple image you see moving on a screen. It’s impossible for me to guarantee this footage will always be up for ever and ever on this website – if I did I’d be lying to you.

But I can guarantee that once you own a DVD or DVD series, it becomes your responsibility to take care of and maintain – potentially, for the rest of your life.

Plus, there is nothing like popping in a DVD in the pursuit of persuading someone else to watch something you find important. As a counter example, try getting someone to watch a 60 minute video on YouTube in person … good luck.

Now, as for people torrenting the 2010 footage, contrary to popular opinion for someone in my position, this is no concern of mine. In fact, I expect it to happen, and would be surprised if it didn’t.

And why should I care? I suspect most of the people who bother to torrent such a large batch of files – you’re talking 35 DVDs here – are the same people who would have just watched it on the site later anyway (without buying the DVDs), and will probably take part in the discussion and dissection of the videos all the same – and maybe even turn up at a live event some day.

There’s a margin of people here for sure that simply do not value the footage and will never attempt to return the value received from watching it, in any way/shape/form, but, I believe that is a shrinking margin.

I also believe it is not me or The 21 Convention they are betraying in their quasi-theft, but their own souls. Torrenting something of such value, produced in the most independent, grass-roots way possible, and never contributing back to the creator of it is but a small expression of the underlying attitude this person has for his or her life in general.

This is what the movie industry – among other industries – does not get. These people continually raise ticket (and DVD) prices and cite piracy as if it were the root of all evil.

Yet, this is the exact opposite of what they should be doing. Even in the face of inflation, ticket prices should be going down to discourage piracy and encourage attendance at the theaters – the experience of which is mildly better than watching a torrent of the movie, and opens up other possibilities as well (social outing for example).

The information and entertainment avenues are changing, and ever higher prices outweigh the benefit of attending that particular type of (easily distributed and replicated) entertainment event.

Unless a movie is outrageously good, it just doesn’t make sense to drop $15-$20 on an experience you may hate – the bulk of which you can get for free off a torrent site.

This begs the question in my mind of whether or not the convention should follow such a course of action, and my decision thus far has been no. The 21 Convention live event is not “mild” in difference from the footage, is is extreme in difference. They are literally two separate entities – one the blanket, eternal version of the former, the original. Attending in person is an expereince that can change your life – the footage at best, can lead to such an experience – be it T21C or another experience of your own – but it will always be the experience that drives and is an expression of the change, not the video itself which is a combination of 1′s and 0′s on a computer screen.

The same concept applies for a DVD or Blu-ray disc – you can get 90% of what the disc contains with little effort – but you can’t get the disc itself, the casing, the artwork, and any bonuses that come with a special edition.

A man has a right to his property, but if the laws to protect his property have not caught up to modern technology – or if potential laws would be more destructive to a man’s rights than they would be protective – then this is the playing field with which we live.

Adapt or die.

…

Anyway, that’s the jist of the plan. 35 DVDs will be coming out this December packing 7 days and ~50 hours worth of film.

I am going to set the prices as accurately as possible considering the value of them to you guys, and with respect for the production cost – which is a bit higher than what Universal Studios and other billion dollar companies pay for the mass produced DVDs you see at a store.

They will only be available in set form initially – Stockholm and Orlando – and a bonus for buying both.

Individual DVDs will come out at a later point, but that point has yet to be determined (a possible release point is when the free footage begins releasing).

As for the free footage, it is coming as soon as the videographer is paid in full. When this will be is impossible to say at present.

That may not be what a number of you wanted to hear, but that is the current state of affairs on the back end of the convention. It is 100% my responsibility to correct course for this imbalance, and like it, love it, or hate it, the above is my plan of action.

-Anthony Dream Johnson

Note: 2010 attendees will be receiving a special one time discount on the DVDs for their respective event.

Note 2: The free streaming versions are going to be released one at a time, twice or thrice weekly depending on the nature of the chosen speeches (and other factors). While longer in duration, I find this style of release a lot less chaotic than a “one shot one kill” style as executed in 2009, and a lot more fair for the speakers to have their shot at the spotlight.

PS- You can check out larger images of the 2010 cover art and read the back covers on my blog below.

I can not even begin to express how big the mental sigh of relief is that I am now breathing with the complete release of all event footage from three full years of The 21 Convention.

It’s a monumental step, that took months upon months of planning and preparation, and I am beyond pleased to release them – especially in the individual format found no where else as far as I am aware.

That’s right, every single speech ever given at the convention is not only available in it’s yearly set at a reduced price, but also individually.

From Dj Fuji and Adam Lyons at The 21 Convention 2009 (~2 hours each), to “Nilatak” from The 21 Convention 2007 (~1 hour), and Johnny “Manwhore” from The 21 Convention 2008 (~2 hours).

It’s all there, every last minute of it.

We even have a new, never before seen 2009 presentation at about ~30 minutes long from “Nilatak” the 2007 speaker for all 2009 complete set orders (a special bonus).

But why put out all event footage on DVD? What’s the cause, the purpose? If it’s all free online, what reason could there be to buy the DVDs?

Well surprisingly enough, it’s you guys (attendees and online fans alike) who have urged me to release DVDs for nearly 3 years now. I have, obviously, been hesitant to do so for far too long.

Why?

Well, I knew it would be a small journey in and of itself – and it certainly has been. It’s also been a great learning experience as well though, and I am now 110% comfortable with any future video productions that need to be put to DVD. 2010 event footage is a big one obviously, but The Community Tapes will also fit nicely volume by volume onto individual DVDs for those interested in owning a physical copy.

I even have plans to release The Community Tapes on blu-ray high definition video discs along with standard DVDs =). A story for another day though.

Fearing a learning experience is only a one part of why it’s taken so long though. The other half of the equation is that it’s taken a very long time to become comfortable accepting money for something I love and pour nearly every ounce of passion I have into.

There has been a ‘gap’ or disconnect of sorts that has been difficult for me to accept and overcome personally for many years. I’m finally “okay” with it now, but it has taken me quite some time for such a simple realization – it’s okay to be compensated for your time, even when it’s spent doing something you absolutely love.

Well, that, and in real life there are hard costs that can’t always be circumvented =).

The live events are obvious ones with conference rooms, travel/hotel accommodations for select speakers, staff costs, and multiple thousands of dollars for high quality camera work.

But it goes beyond just that. The editor that does all of our major videos spent over 350 hours on volume 1 of The Community Tapes when all was said and done. That I can tell you right now, did not come cheap, despite him loving the content and supporting what we do as much or more than anyone else.

Even further, hosting videos online in the format we do is not free =). Would be nice if it was, but there are frequent video costs, domain costs, hosting costs, and so on.

Bla bla bla.

The important thing to me is just like El Topo said in his documentary interview – that we send a message to the individual, first and foremost. Everything else comes second behind that – helping people, and making a real difference in the lives of individuals.

What else could matter?

…

Enough chit chat. I’m sure plenty of people are saying “That’s nice Anthony, but I want to go buy a few DVDs, where do I buy em?, I’ll read your post later!”

HAHA

I want to say one more thing first though, that isn’t so obvious.

“Obvious” things would be technical reasons for buying the DVDs which I’ve discussed before, such as slow internet, owning a physical lifetime copy, etc.

It’s simply this – by buying a complete years set, you are supporting The 21 Convention, big time. By the same token, when purchasing an individual DVD, you are supporting The 21 Convention and future endeavors (like the documentary series), but you are also indirectly supporting the speakers.

It’s voting with your dollars as I’ve seen it called elsewhere, and DVDs flying off the shelf of a speaker tells me I need to have them back at The 21 Convention, wherever it may be.

Finally, I want to mention that for the first month a significant portion of all 2007 DVD sales (individual and set), will go directly to the camera man and video editor for 2007. His name is Peter, and he flew to the first convention on his own dollar to film it at no direct cost (meaning he charged us exactly $0).

I’ve extended my thanks to him many times (verbally and monetarily), but I would like to give him one last thanks for performing such a critical job that year when this convention was in it’s infancy.

I will also be donating a significant portion of 2008 DVD sales for the first 12 months to Michael Gottino, our current film producer/editor. In 2008 I was short many thousands of dollars for him to film the event, but he took my word and finished the event anyway – on nothing more than my promise to pay him at all costs, as soon as possible.

He didn’t have to do that, and I would like to extend my thanks to him for filming the event, and pouring his creative talent and ambition into the documentary series, event trailers, and so on.

…

And that’s about it. All the links you need are below. Everything is set up and working perfectly, including individual pictures of every single DVD available (custom to each speech).

Brief Q and A

Q: Shipping?

A: Available for all domestic and international locations (international is more expensive than domestic obviously). One speed for the time being, however you do save when you buy multiple DVDs (especially a set).

Q: Do sets come in special packaging?

A: DVDs within a yearly set come in individual DVD cases, standard to each year. All sets also come with exclusive bonus discs – of which 2009 includes 30 minutes of never before seen footage (and yes, it’s good!).

Q: What exactly is on the DVDs?

A: That’s the beauty of it – you can get an exact and entirely free preview before buying. A link is provided on each DVD page to it’s corresponding online streaming version, which is exactly what you are buying, unless otherwise stated (Manwhore 2008 for example comes un-watermarked and in a slightly higher resolution, but looks about the same). As for the menus, pretty cool, with some nifty music I picked out =D. Very basic, play, and a chapter selection (actually quite useful for speeches that include guests on stage, you’ll see what I mean).

Q: Why are the prices different for each year?

A: Individual prices reflect film quality. 2009 is basically perfect. 2007 and 2008 are great, but not quite as good as 2009. In this sense, I want people to pay accurate prices for the DVDs. $19.99 for all DVDs just didn’t seem fair considering the difference in quality, so I knocked the price of 2007/2008 DVDs down a bit.

Q: Will the DVDs work on my TV?

A: Yes, I personally guarantee it (all DVDs have been rigorously tested on 7 different DVD players, 2 different TVs, and 2 lap top computers). All DVDs are in 16×9 widescreen NTSC format however, so keep that in mind when ordering.

Special Bonus

As mentioned previously, attend both conventions this year (Stockholm and Orlando), and you will get the entire 2009 twenty disc set for free, including shipping. That’s over $300 in value, entirely free, if you attend both conventions. It’s 100% automatic, just sign up under the same name and e-mail address and we will contact you for your shipping address. Pretty sweet deal if you can make it to both historic events =).

Take your pick from 40 unique DVDs.

God we have been trying to release these for so long it’s frikin demoralizing … alright, maybe not demoralizing, but it’s about time!

And hey, we’re (obviously) just about there. In fact, this is everyone’s first chance to “order”. Why the quotations? Well, ironically, you can only “order” these for free right now.

No seriously, I’m not kidding. This isn’t some stunt or gimmick, just the way things are working out chronologically – and it’s kind of funny considering the “free” history of the footage (or maybe I’m just easily amused).

So how does it work?

Like so. Sign up for either convention on Thursday May 6th, Friday May 7th, or Saturday May 8th – and you can pick any non-bonus DVD you want, for free, along with your ticket – no strings attached.

Sign up for The 21 Convention 2010 of Stockholm Sweden (June 11th-13th).

Sign up for The 21 Convention 2010 of Orlando Florida (July 22nd-25th).

No hidden shipping or handling charge (no matter where you live, United States, Europe or otherwise), and no forced monthly subscription crapola – you know, that small print often tagged at the end of a “free” offer, that ends up costing you an arm and a leg, and probably a migraine if you try to get your money back.

It’s really that simple.

Sign up May 6th, 7th, or 8th, and enter the corresponding information on the ticket page after clicking the big fat “Order Now” button – which includes a shipping address, name, e-mail, and a small box for you to enter which speech you would like (it’s at the bottom).

Please include the name of the speaker, which year they spoke, and if applicable, which day of that year the speaker presented.

Basically everything you see on the entire site is available, excluding “bonus” content which is only available in a “Bonus Disc” format reserved for those who purchase an entire set (divided into years). I’ll get more into this in the next DVD post (when they go live for mass ordering), but in the meantime, you have 40 different discs to choose from for this promotion (including Q and A Panel DVDs).

19 for 2009

14 for 2008

7 for 2007

Again, one “Bonus Disc” has been created for each year, which you can only get by ordering an entire years set, but in the mean time they are not available for this promotion. So, 43 total for all three years, but only 40 are available for this Sign Up/Free DVD special.

In addition, some speeches on the site have been combined into one disc – I for example spoke twice in 2007, and both presentations are on the same disc. Guess what? Request one speech, and you’re getting both whether you like it or not!

Sweet? You bet.

Okay, anything else I should mention? Yep. How about a look at the DVD case artwork (click for a super large view).

And some real life photos of the cases (unique to each year).

Finally, a very special offer that extends well beyond three days.

Sign up for both

The 21 Convention 2010 of Stockholm Sweden

The 21 Convention 2010 of Orlando Florida

by May 25th under the same name and e-mail address, and get the entire 2009 twenty disc set, absolutely free.

That set will cost well over $200 stand alone, and includes ~30 minutes of never before seen 2009 footage. That’s right. “Nilatak” from The 21 Convention 2007 made a brief return in 2009 and the presentation is only available in DVD format at his request.

No shipping or handling charge, no bull. Just free if you attend both events. You don’t even have to do anything since we’ll be cross referencing the attendee lists.

And in case you were wondering, this offer does extend to the individuals who have already signed up for both events. We’ll be contacting you in the near future for a shipping address – unless you don’t want the 2009 set. Just let me know, I’m sure someone else will take it .

That’s it for today. The next DVD post will reveal more details, more pictures, prices, and so on for the full DVD release. And yes, you will be able to order each one individually!

-Anthony/Dream

ps- I have an impressive amount of these DVDs printed out for shipment, so no worries about running out on this special. BUT, remaining tickets in current price brackets are another matter. Currently there are 27 Orlando tickets at $299.95, and 18 Stockholm tickets at €299.95. If they run out, the ticket price jumps by 50 dollars/euros respectively. Will they in 3 days? Maybe. If they do, you’ll still get the single DVD free, or even the entire 2009 set if you attend both events, but obviously you’ll be paying a higher ticket price. You’ve been warned! =)

He did computer work on a part-time basis for a government contractor, but despite a comfortable lifestyle he became increasingly frustrated with his lack of social life. In early 2006, he discovered the seduction world through attending a “bootcamp” taught by one of the founders up pick-up. At that time the most famous Pick-up Artist (PUA) in the world. After a series of initial failures, Mehow learned to meet and “close” with beautiful women and began to coach with some of the biggest names in the seduction community.
