Return Policy: All ticket sales final.
Ticket Transfer Policy: All tickets are transfferable at any time (up to 10 days before event start). Please contact us at any time to initiate at Tickets(at)The21Convention.com. Note, once an event is attended ticket becomes non-transferable.
Special Note on Free Access to Other Events: Early bird ticket bonus of free access to other events is ONLY for initial ticket buyer. This bonus cannot be transferred at anytime, nor can any other limited time only bonuses be transferred with your ticket.

Before entering the convention room you are also required to sign a waiver releasing your right to sue the operators of The 21 Convention should you injure yourself while in the room.
