T21C 2010 (Europe): Pictures, Thoughts, & What’s To Come

Man where do I even begin? I’ve never actually had the opportunity to follow up a convention in the format we currently have – a consistent stream of awesome content, all in one spot on The21Convention.com.

Suppose I’ll start by saying: the event was f**king awesome, my tour of Europe to help promote T21C Stockholm was jaw dropping, and the sunshine beaming into my face right now from my last day in Stockholm only improves upon and highlights it all.

It’s truly been an experience … and I will miss this part of the world, along with all of the friends I have made along the way, and my friends of old that I rarely get to see in person. Guys like Psych, Ratisse, and Jason Savage.

I should mention, I finally got to meet and hang out with the whiz behind the technical aspects of this site: Jonas Sandstrom, who lives in Northern Sweden. Amazing dude, going far in life for sure. Good luck on your bike trip man!

So what exactly went on?

The 21 Convention, that’s what.

The most awesome men’s convention on the planet, with the best speakers, innovation, ideas, enthusiasm, vibe, and energy the world has ever seen. Seeing this happen every Summer in Orlando blows my mind … but seeing it happen in Europe?

Total mind f**k that I am still trying to wrap my head around.

But it happened. Every element of The 21 Convention I could have ever hoped for was not only present in Stockholm, but amplified and intensified in a way I haven’t seen since July of 2007 when this event was brand spanking new, raw, and uncut.

It wasn’t just in what I saw going on around me either – the experiences others were having – but my own experience as the organizer of the event.

I’m not gonna lie, this whole event pushed me to my limit…

And then some more…

And more…

And finally right over “the edge” – which PUT ME on my edge.

I truly feel like this event brought me to life like I haven’t been in so long. I don’t know how else to explain it … but I’m betting I’m not the only one that WOKE THE F**K UP by being present at the event.

Maybe the severe sleep deprivation played a role as well since 90 minutes a night, 3 nights in a row, is just a wee bit less than I am used to.

But hey, that’s me. The crazy maniac willing to do whatever it takes to see this convention continue to succeed and continue to approach it’s peak potential – which is so massive it’s difficult to comprehend at times.

I mean come on, change the course of an entire generation?

We’ll see. As far as I am concerned we are on track by now hosting this convention 4 years in a row, being that beacon of consistency, and building up such a massive collection of high quality free content, it drops jaws right to the floor.

Not to mention, T21C now has it’s footing in Europe, many thousands of miles from Orlando Florida where it was founded in July of 2007. You couldn’t have paid me to believe that back then … not in a million years. But here I am writing about it all in Stockholm Sweden only hours before my flight back to Florida where The 21 Convention will be held for the 5th time in a row.

Moving on to the more tangible events from T21C Stockholm, the filming went ridiculously well. I’ve seen some, and I’ll be blunt – it looks even better than 2009 footage from Orlando. The setting, the background, the lighting, the audience participation … it all came together, better than ever.

We also got a TON of bonus footage, from video reviews and interviews, to full on “in field footage” with the same camera that was used to film an entire episode of House not long ago. Seriously, this stuff looks AMAZING, and it stars yours truly =), along with Ratisse, and a few others if I remember correctly.

The videographer and I also managed to film not one, not two, but three more episodes of The Community Tapes while in Stockholm with Ratisse, Dejan “Zebra”, and Jason Savage – each kicking ass and taking names in their own right. The three individual episodes will be released as part of Volume 2 of The Community Tapes late 2010 or early 2011.

Fabulous Magazine of the UK – with nearly 5 million readers – was also present for Friday and Saturday of The 21 Convention in Stockholm, and is doing a full write up on the event due out in a few short weeks. This is by far our biggest press ever, and I am very excited to see the responses from men and women alike.

Another interesting event was the picture taken below.

A bit goofy, but historic none the less since it was the first time ever three different conference organizers got together in one place, when we are all usually thousands of miles away from each other.

Vince Kelvin on the left is the founder of Pua Summit which is held in California every September, and on the right is Pim, founder of the Real Man Conference held in Europe in 2008 and 2010.

All three events are unique and awesome in their own right, but what was truly kick ass was being able to exchange ideas with both of them (not to mention both spoke in Stockholm this year). As such, it is highly likely Pim and I will team up in Europe for The 21 Convention 2011 (Europe)/ Real Man Conference 2011.

Vince may also get involved for the Europe convention which would be awesome =).

Okay enough chit chat, how about some pics?

I know it’s cliche, but a picture says a thousand words. Below I’ll embed a handful or two, and the rest can be found on our Facebook in this album. Right now we have about 150 up, with more on the way.

What’s next?

The 21 Convention 2010 of Orlando Florida of course, followed by the most massive release of free content for men of all time in the Fall of 2010, followed by Volume 2 of The Community Tapes, followed by The 21 Convention 2011 (Europe) in either London or Amsterdam – to be announced this August.

Yeah, it’s a lot, and try saying it 10x fast =).

Early bird tickets are already selling out for T21C Europe in June of 2011. Reserve your seat here by June 30th for the early bird discount.

I’ll be writing more once I am back state side about T21C 2010 Orlando which begins July 22nd, but in the mean time sign up before July 6th, save hundreds off the door price … and shit, just reserve your seat. The room only holds about 200 people, and I would not be surprised if we run out of tickets this year. And once we are out of seats we are simply out of seats, at which point I have to begin talking to the hotel manager about standing room only and fire codes/laws in Florida… fantastic.

Register for The 21 Convention 2010 of Orlando Florida in Orlando, United States on Eventbrite

Also included with your ticket is advanced (by a few months actually) free access to 2010 HD event footage, over $250 dollars in event DVD discounts … and oh yeah, the most ridiculously awesome, masculine experience of your life in sunny Orlando Florida, with hundreds of like minded people and dozens of speakers from around the globe.

Society lied, there is no shame in being a man. It’s something that should be celebrated, not shunned – and we can make that change for ourselves, and as a by product our peers, July 22nd-25th at this convention – the best men’s convention the world has ever seenThe 21 Convention.

See you there, and come ready to rock and roll.
